Lions are global minded men & women who donate their time & talent
for their community to make the world a better place to live

The No Child Without program is a charitable effort by MedicAlert to provide traditional MedicAlert services free to elementary school children (ages 4 - 14) because they are the most vulnerable members of our society, especially in an emergency. This program is only offered through publicly funded elementary schools Canada-wide. For additional information please visit The No Child Without Website.

Through our partnership which has been endorsed by LCC and Lions Clubs International, our job as Lions is to raise awareness about this program and to encourage Lions Clubs across Canada to adopt a school in their community by funding each child who requires this protection in their local school. (This funding is based on the school's population; cost is 5% of the school's population between the ages of 4 and 14 x $100. This funding is a one-time only payment.)

Here is how your Club can help:

  • Promote the program within your club and discuss adopting a school

  • Visit and encourage your members to visit the No Child Without website specifically designed for Lions members. www.nochildwithout.ca/lcc

  • Visit the No Child Without booth at conventions to learn about NCW

  • If your Club is already adopting a school, raise awareness with other Lions Clubs.
